OT - Anyone use video on AIM?
Here is the deal...I have a dell with a built in webcam. The wife uses a mac with a built in webcam. When we are both home, the webcams work fine. We are both wireless at home and our ISP is comcast.
Now...when I go to the office and we try to video chat, we get an error message about the session being terminated. I have AT&T at the office. And at either location, I cannot initiate the communication. She has to invite me. I've called AT&T and they tell me its not their modem/wireless router. I chatted with Dell, they say its not the PC. I cannot even get in touch with AOL...IMPOSSIBLE. I've looked at some other message boards, but they are not very user friendly. I thought I'd check here to see if anyone else had this issue or might know what the problem is. Thanks. |
