Only problem I have is when I won multiple cards from him I paid $11 shipping and it was well over a week after I paid with Paypal that they were finally shipped.

By "What HE said: He doesn't even buy packs / boxes / cases anymore. Couldn't tell you of his hobby practices prior to Saturday or even if he was lying. He said he wasn't married.

So, before this gets into a MAJOR p_ss_ng match, I just wanted to give my opinion of a man I met this weekend.

same, two cards a day apart and said he couldn't combine shipping :roll: two weeks later I get them in separate bubble mailers stamped with the same date

Unless it was an impostor, he himself came on here clamoring about pack searching. Why doenst he come on here and defend himself? My guess is because he has an IP ban. Either way, someone tarnished his image being either himself or someone pretending to be him.

It was not him. It was a different person with a similar name. He's contacted me and we ended up talking about it... just because I listed him as a thing to do at the Nationals. Anyway, it was someone else acting as him. Now, having said that, I have purchased several items from him online and in person (2x in KC and once at last year's Nationals). In person, the guy's a pain in the butt. Online, he ships very slowly. However, I have never felt like I had been shilled in the auctions I've won. I've come away each time with cards I've wanted but couldn't get anywhere else. He's a high $$$ dealer and always has nice stuff because he knows the business. He buys/trades low and sells wisely. He always has several hundred auctions going at once. With that much action, it doesn't surprise me he ships slowly. And I've always received my cards.

I'm pretty sure he may shill his auctions. He sold his LT Contenders (which I bid on) like last week or so, and I guess it didn't go for the price he wanted, so he threw up the exact same LT on eBay again...

I've seen this post about him before and I will stick up for him again. He did me right and he shipped the card quickly and I got it on the second day after I paid him for it. He didn't have to do that and he did. It was also a 1/1 card that I really wanted and he took it off the bay early for me too. So to say he isn't honest isn't accurate. He sent that card off ebay to me with no real record of sale in two days!!!

hes done the same for me, but it was a real expensive card. cool guy from what i know online and two huge deals done with him, but i still think his auctions are shilled. it doesnt bother me because i dont bid most of the time anyway because they go for more than they usually do
