Alex Rodriguez. I mean how old was he when he first hit 40 Hrs.
I think David Wright is going to be amazing as well. Only 25 and has 120+ Career HR and .310+ AVG Also he's not in his prime and when .330 30 130+(I think) |

George Brett will probably always be my favorite player, but I think Mike Schmidt was a better overall third baseman (overwhelmingly superior defense).
However, Schmidt had a lot of trouble hitting the curveball, and struck out a lot. Billy Martin knew how clutch Brett was. That was why he waited until Brett hit a game changing home run to bring up the pine tar. I don't think I'll ever see as good a clutch hitter as Brett was. David |
