Upper Deck has announced it will be celebrating the fifth anniversary of Exquisite Collection basketball by flying five lucky collectors to its California headquarters for an early preview of the set. Five golden tickets will be inserted into four Upper Deck products--SP Authentic (due February 13), UD Black (due February 27), SP Rookie Edition (due in mid-March) and UD Premier (due in April), with a fifth available through a no-purchase-necessary program.



In addition to receiving airfare and accomodations to witness the pack-out of 2007-08 Exquisite Collection, the five winners will get a behind the scenes look at Upper Deck HQ, the latest Kevin Durant rookies and the opportunity to create their own custom pack of cards.



In four years of releases, Exquisite Collection Basketball is responsible for the most expensive rookie card of the modern era, the 2003-04 LeBron James #78 card at $11,000 and has generated more than $350,000 in value in 5,600 Beckett Basketball Price Guide listings.
