He's got some great starting RBs. Westbrook is a beast!

I would definitely drop one of your kickers, no need at all for two. I would pickup another RB in place of the kicker you drop and also consider dropping Bennett for a better WR.

He's got Manning and Westbrook. That makes him competitive right there. I've had 4 Peyton teams over the last 3 years and every time those teams make the playoffs. Sadly I've never won a championship with a Peyton team, but they're always a force. All you have to do is nail your RB picks and you're straight. Having Westbrook is like hitting the lotto with Manning.

Also I'm a bit manlier than most of you due to the fact I play in 12 team leagues:lol:

14 man leagues are tough! I didn't like it the one time I tried it. I've figured 12 teamers are the perfect way to go for me. Competitive, but the waiver wire isn't empty when you need something from it.

I would be very happy with that team. If people dont think Westbrook and Manning could carry the team, they dont know jack about fantasy. Westbrook is the only real threat the Eagles have and Manning will almost always give you at least 100 and 1 TD, plus he has the cojones to QB sneak for 6 a few times a season if hes close enough.

The only spot you are weak at is WR. Plax is going to be productive, but the other 2 are questionable. Jennings might have problems adjusting to a new QB. But Brown could go off this year though, I think this could be his big year. The great thing about the WR spot is that you can usually find a good matchup for WRs on the waivers almost every week.

i trump you both i play in a 16 team league IDP very fun and drafting is difficult....but uinlike you guys coming in decent places i had horrendous luck and didnt make the playoffs....i had 2nd most points for but....most points against kinda hurt me

as far as your team is concerned i think you'll be starting chestar taylor at your flex spot (if its a flex spot) by the end of the year...i see him getting 10-15 carries a game this year maybe 7 tds which i think is better than what reggie (screw me over 2 years in a row) will do lastly i would try and get ricky williams as a handicap to ronnie brown that injury isnt hard to overcome. With peyton burress and westbrook you'll be competitive every week if one of your sleepers come through you'll be lookin very good

mattjameson1 Wrote:Again, thank you for all the imput. I couldn't beleive westbrook fell to me. Secretly i drafted Peyton because i want him to get injured so that favre's consecutive games will be untouchable. Now, if he doesnt get injured, i have a 200+ fantasy points, but if he does get injured, all of wisconsin should thank me (plus it was a logical pick)

Truely all's fair in love and war, but wanting someone to get injured? Just to keep a goat roped record untouched? Very un-classy. :doubt:
But I do think youve got a good chance of making the playoffs within your leauge, course thats providing your best player "secretly" doesnt get injured.

Here's to hoping huh...

Drew Bennett hasn't done much for FF value last few yrs or so. I collect him though.
