He says no one is at home to sign for overnight package and I have to ship to his work. Item is a little over $100. Do I dare do it, or sell to next higher offer and lose $25?

And I explained the paypal policy, but the issue is, he HAS to have the item by thursday, or it is useless.

How's his feedback? If it's pretty good, I may consider it. But, if it's sketchy, I would ask for a MO or cashiers check instead just to be on the safe side.

feedback is 100%, but only 10. He can ONLY pay paypal, cause item is tickets for Friday, I can't wait for payment

I would only ship to the addy on file with paypal.

And I would ship in the time frame you listed in your auction. If he threatens negative if you don't get it to him by Thursday, send the email to Ebay, and they'll take care of him.

I wouldn't send to a addy that isn't confirmed, but why he wouldn't be able to pick the tickets up from his house makes little sense (I mean if he can get them at work why can't he get them at home?).

I didn't realize they were tickets...you should definitely get them to him in time for whatever the event is.

10? No way, I would NOT send to an unconfirmed address. If it's like hundreds and hundreds of positive, then I would most likely do it.
