tell him its the rules you are not willing to break them, tell him he can have it left at a neighbors house if he leaves a note on his door. Its not worth the risk at all.

Now he just wrote me back, fine, so I will get them Wednesday night. I said, I can overnight tomorrow, I cant predict at what time they will arrive.
What happens if they do require a sig, and he doesn't sign, am I out or is he? I assume he would leave a neg if he didn't sign and didn't get tix.... |

Come on people, why can we just not look at USPS to get the answer: "Provides signature proof of delivery upon request and tracking information." Go to the PO counter to ship it, do not even bother with the APC or using online, just to be sure you get what you need. Tell them you do NOT want it to be signed for, but want to use Delivery Confirmation (cover your own *****). |

Is there any difference shipping UPS or USPS. My gf is trying to tell me that UPS consistently ships to the wrong address, so he will still say he didn't get it even if the confirmation says he did. That doesn't make sense, but of course she insists I will be screwed by this guy. Even if I have the confirmation he will just say he never got it, or a neighbor stole it. Even if he did this, I would have the confirmation saying he got it and I would be covered, right? |

If you have delivery confirmation on an item you ship & UPS or USPS verifies that it has been delivered (even if it hasn't) , that is all Paypal wants/needs to show that it has arrived (whether your GF says so or not) . Now if he receives them & states Item not as described then you could be in for a doozy (but that's a whole different can o' worms) -Hope this helps |
