Nice hits. You can try entering it again making sure it's correct w capital letters and certain numbers look like they could be letters, or call topps. Or just send it to me.

I put in a support ticket online and tweeted them and got a response, so hopefully everything works out. I saw another thread on beckett from this year where someone said they can be slow getting redemptions into their data base for online.
