No. But I think Topps should own up here and buy them back. Heck, they seem to buy everything else back for insertion into new packs, LOL.

There seem to be certain sellers who tend to have these cards in bulk for some reason, and not just supers. I think many of these originally came from uncut sheets sold at (non-eBay) auctions.
