What to use?????

What to use?????
So I am looking to protect a 5x7 Box topper card I have.... Question is this....
What do I use to protect it, I know there are picture sleeves out there but are those safe for autographed cards? Also would a 8x10 sleeve fit in a 8x10 toploader? Thanks in advance and any advice or thoughts appreciated Smile

I have different sized top loaders, including the 8X10 size. THre are even larger available.

The boxtopper needs to be in something that fits.the 8X10 will not fit an 8X10 usually...I always have to oversize the top loader..and..they are not cheap..

I have some 4x6, 5x7, 7x9, and 8x10 top loaders with properly sized penny sleeves. There are plenty of places to buy them online if your local shop doesn't carry them, and they are usually reasonably priced online (though you might have to buy a 25 count pack). Depending on size, the 25 count packs typically go for $5-$10 each, while a lot of card shops charge close to $1 each for the oversized top loaders.

Agreed, the single purchase is a lot more..

Thanks for the responses guys, thats kind of what I was getting as from eBay and stuff. Laos didn't know about the 8x10 sleeve not fitting in the 8x10 holder so that was very helpful!
One more thing, do you guys know if buying the big picture 5x7 or 7x9 sleeves won't damage the autograph card? Because I do know that those sleeves are made for pictures so I don't know fi there is different material in them than the normal penny sleeves??

If you buy the ones from a manufacturer (i.e Ultra Pro or BCW) that makes the same top loaders and penny sleeves for cards, you should be fine.
