Picked up a couple of star cards today at local show with light green border. I know Target is red, Walmart has blue and Toys R Us has been purple. Is this green border from Topps or some other retail outlet? Has a 6X multiplier in OPG.

According to baseballcardpedia the greens were exclusive to rack packs.
