by the font, it was created somewhere in the 1970's, probably late 70's.
I maybe wrong but looking at it i would say a game piece card like parker brothers had in the 1910s and again classic in the 1990s. I have been wrong before.

I searched tradingcarddb.com and filtered Ruth for NNO (No number). The image is not uploaded for ruth, but the one card that is uploaded is the exact same design. 1975 Syracuse Chiefs Team Issue.
