RC oddities in Gypsy Queen-- someone please explain
So had a few cards with questions
#51 Frankie Montas NO RC designation, but has a RC designation on all his other 2016 cards
#81 Matt Duffy has RC designation but had cards in 2015 Topps Update
#201 Carl Edwards Jr. and #224 Zach Lee both have NO RC designation, but their autos in GQ do and so do all their other 2016 cards.
#225 AARon Altherr NO RC designation but is first card he has every had period.
Can someone explain please or is this just Topps screwing up.

I think Duffy RC is because it is his 1st GQ card..just like others that produced a card once he was called up.
Altherr ?? injuried a lot but played enough games last year to have a RC>
IT is not the 1st time that RC has not been put on cards..like Justin Bour's card lst year had no RXC on card, yet is listed as RC in ORG.

Topps puts so many RCs out there now that it is hard to tell.
I appreciate Chicago players that begin competing within the city's sports organizations and stay with these teams throughout their careers.

These are just Topps' yearly demonstration of why the whole RC logo concept is a failure and was doomed from the start.

The whole thing is stupid. I've been pulling Miguel Sano cards out of packs for 6 years.
Sorry, his 2016 cards are just not rookie cards.
They're just ... not.
The Duffy is a perfect example ... I pulled one out of a 2015 Chrome update pack about a month ago ... no RC logo.
But his 2016 cards have logos?
