New USPS rates coming on April 11th
Just a FYI, USPS rates will actually be DROPPING for a change. They will go down 4.3%, so a basic bubble mailer will be $2.45 instead of $2.54. It's not a huge savings, but it's something. Just thought I would share the info, in case you were going to do any trades or sales and wanted to wait a few extra days to save a little on shipping.

only effects packages of 3 onces or less in regards to ebay labels.

Unless you are sending a bunch of cards in one package most bubble mailers for cards end up being 3 ounces or less.
