2015 Topps Archives Signature box

2015 Topps Archives Signature box
I decided to splurge on a $69 box realizing there was only 1 card in there.

Now, being a Mariners fan, I'm more excited about this pull than most collector's would be.

However, the scratches on the case and the chunk of plastic stuck to the back of the card are very annoying.

I contacted Topps customer service simply asking if they could put the card in a new case and provide a new authentication sticker. Still waiting to hear back!

Sucks about the case condition, but nice to hit a 1/1!

I'm slightly bummed out to see Topps using BCW. I always preferred Ultra-Pro and they were always the industry standard for those needs but I know that is trivial

I'm not a Mariners fan, but still a great card! Olerud is a class act, great player. Congrats!

I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.
