At least is because they haven't entered the codes yet. I got an Archives Signature Greg Maddux redemption and when I entered the code, it says that the code was already unlocked. I had to call them and when I explained the situation, the representative fixed the problem. Now it is finally in my topps redemption system. I got a little scared on that one.
