I've seen these being planted in some Upper Deck Series 1 blasters which is kind of cool! Today I pulled the McDavid blue variation. I was shocked to see how high the value is on this card - not that I'm complaining! What is the general opinion on these cards? Is the book value too high?

IMO the booked valued is extremely skewed. Whit the amount of these cards that are available the BV's should be like half to a third of what they are. We will have to wait and see where the market value goes along with Beckett's Book value goes over the nest while. I would like down but we will see.

What these cards are doing is having the local dealers buy them all up from the Wallmarts for $35 Canadian a box and take them to the shows and sell them at 50 to 75 bucks a box. Seen this at a show yesterday. One of the dealers actually opened his up and he must of had 200 parkhurst cards. In his display there was like 10 mcdavid blue cards.
