I submitted 16 cards and I did very well grade wise however 2 cases were damaged during shipment, 2 others have what looks like a tiny piece of debris under the case and its highly possible this debris poked a Marino auto of mine and damaged the back of the card. It was a 9.5 w/ 10 auto as well. Lastly I had two thicker cards not sealed well enough inside the case and the cards move around too much.

Are these normal issues to have happened or did I just have bad luck?

UPDATE:

Best news is they will fix my cards. Worst news is they said with my next submission. Not sure why I have to send in another submission but I guess it is what it is.

OH I have a host of Exquisite cards that are busting out of the inner sleeve and they move around in there.

I've had moderate chipping also but nothing too egregious. If you contact them immediately, they should fix.

Oh man, sorry to hear that! I've only had a couple cards graded so far, but nothing like that! Hope they do right by you!

They shouldn't have to fix it. If they were any good at this, they'd get it right the first time. That said, I still send everything through BGS.
