1996 Fleer Ultra Randy Johnson #581 Error card.

Can't find any other instances of this error card via 30 pages of Google and Bing.

It's obviously somewhat worn around the edges, but is there a market for this card?

Not an error, a printing flaw. More common than you would think. Value is minimal or even less than the base card except to a rabid Randy Johnson collector.

Was in the process of trashing the old collection and this was the only card I was interested in checking on.

It is a printing flaw, where it simply missed the foil process. The card is not completely worthless, as a hardcore Randy Johnson collector will want it, and at least it is of a HOFer and not a common player. However you will probably only get around $5 for it.
