So, quick update :

Police found zero Patrick Kane DNA on her, below the waist. She had his skin under her nails, and on her shoulders. Thats it. No DNA on her lower regions or clothing.

The "Evidence bag" has been found to be a total hoax. There are no evidence bags missing from the investigation. This bag that the mother claims to have "found" is the bag that the alleged victim was given at the hospital to remove her top and put in the bag. Then the police arrived, removed the evidence(top ) from that bag, and put it into a police evidence bag. That original bag from the hospital was allegedly handed to the mother, who later says she "found it" in her back door.
