I just broke 2 boxes of Immaculate. I got some real nice cards but way too many were damaged. About 2/3 had very noticeable flaws and while some may have been forgivable, the multiple dings and scratches on individual cards are not. Some will be available for trade, some are going straight back to Panini. The jumbo patch is in great shape, which I guess can be my silver lining.
Now you may not be able to tell from some pics, but they are worse than they look.

That Franco is very pretty! Nice break and its a shame that most of the cards were damaged. Hope you get some good stuff back if you send stuff in.

I'm going to begin my battle with Panini shortly. In the past they have been very unaccommodating as far as replacements go including refusing to replace cards far more damaged than this and being promised a return call from someone assigned to me only never to be called again.

That jumbo patch is super nice like you said, but that doesn't make up for all the damage to most others.
Hopefully they'll take care of you this time, but I lost faith in Panini years ago. They ruined a lot of DLP products in my opinion. Aside from a few blasters over the years, I still only buy 2008 and prior when it was still Donruss/Leaf/Playoff.
Reminds me, I may need to think about some 2008 Donruss Threads soon!

Bummer on the damaged. Good luck with Customer Service. I more or less agree that this product is one to think about before you buy.

I think this year's product is WAY WATERED down from last year's product.

I stopped at one box and will not be buying any more unless the price drops to about half of the $200 our local was charging.

We'll have to see what comes of it. I have entered in my claim online and now I have to ship. Reading through their factory damaged card policy is a little off putting though. Basically if they don't have duplicates of the damaged card(s) in question at their factory, they are going to ship your damaged goods back to you and wash their hands of the situation.

If this product was $100 -$125 it would be a great product. But they should have on the side of the box "One of your hits will be either Daniel Norris, Steven Moya, Christian Walker, or Corey Spangenberg". I see you got three of the four fillers in those two boxes. I like the base cards but not worth buying a box. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

I don't care about the price of the boxes if the cards are in the appropriate condition. The hits in the product are great if you can pull them. One thing Panini has going for them is their patches are far superior and more abundant than Topps. The product had all the guys sign that should have been in there and they weren't sp's. I just happened to pull the less desirable guys. Luck of the draw. If I actually get sent back cards that are in acceptable condition, the $150 per box isn't that bad.

sucks to see that. good looking cards too. but not to crazy on the small time players.
