First, it may seem like it's been forever since i've been on, but i've turned my attention to a different sort of baseball collection: actual all-star game patches. And no, im not talking game used patch cards or commemorative patch cards either. Im talking the real sleeve patches.
So far, I've accumulated 73 of 79 ASG patches known to exist. I have had trouble locating one from the 1961 All-Star Game held at Candlestick Park. PatchCollection.com says it's out of stock from their store. I already have the patch from Fenway, but i need the Candlestick patch. Reason why i mention both parks is from 1959-1962, there were two all-star games per year. So, if ANYONE has a 1961 All-Star Game patch from San Francisco's Candlestick Park, please contact me, and we will work on a deal.
