Be honest with what you have.

Xxx amount of cards
Xxx amount of autos/gu'd
What years
And a rough idea of what stars are included

Then set a price for everything shipped and I am sure if it's a good deal you can sell it here or on other card sites

YP gave some good advice...my only advice is to not seem so desperate to potential buyers that you under-sell your collection.
