All autographs from my case break have been boxed up in mailed to NY. Will keep you all posted.

Do you need to call up topps and open a case forst or can you send the damaged goods directly?

Should be able to send them in with a damaged card letter. Instructions can be found at the Topps web site.

I did call first and have a representative dealing directly with the case issue.
