Newbie pricing question

Newbie pricing question
I'm new to the site and relatively new to cards (trying to help value a deceased family member's collection). I'm trying to understand the pricing.

Q: What exactly is "Real Time" pricing and how does it differ from "Conditional", and which is more accurate?

Thanks!

Conditional pricing refers to prices according to the condition the cards are in. Real time pricing describes the most recent sale(s) of a card in nrmt/mint condition. They aren't really comparable. Some people use book values and some people only use ebay sales. I guess go with whatever works best for you and the individuals your trading worth or selling to.
