I kind of thought that the ones that were numbered like that were cut, and the full cards were just inserts. have a couple low numbered crown royals, or.....I did, and they were all cut.
The retail base is uncut, but everything else is die-cut, except for these SP I guess. The Die-cuts go down to /5
