Agreed, to me 1961 and 1966 are the weakest of the 60s designs, but it's better than most of the 70s and 80s IMO. (1970-72 are A-Okay to me) so I've got about 6 more years of buying Heritage. When they start revisiting 1973, I'm finished.

Agree I'm not into Heritage this year due to the 66 design, and between this and Archives you get a lot of old ideas brought back every year (Heck even Gypsy Queen and Ginter are old ideas just reimagined).
Archives I wouldn't even mind if it went away. One thing they could try though before it reaches its demise would be a base set where each card is a different design in chronological order. So card 1 would be 1951 Redback, card 2 1951 Blue back, 3 1952 etc...Once you get to card 92 or so the base design of each of that years other basic topps sets (Stadium Club, Gallery, Topps Stars etc...) in Chronological order. THat would interest me. OK so this post just went way off topic apologies.

I'm excited for heritage! Not buying hobby, since last year I got skunked 3 boxes three (ho-hum)relics and zero autos. Retail boxes, I hit a hot box with Purple Chromes, 2 mini and 2 autos. Retail Heritage has always been better for me ... In fact, 2011 Heritage retail gave me my Brooks Robinson auto /62 that rekindled my cardboard craze!

Are you confusing the chrome cards with those retail foil cards? The actual heritage chrome cards are numbered.

Yep, I used the wrong word. They are foils. I don't believe they are in beckett yet. I bought 2 more hangers and my luck wasn't as good this time. Did get a Bryce Harper refractor /566
