Funny you should mention it (Maybe not so funny). I had the open trouble ticket with Topps and they had told me in two to three weeks they would send me a dollar amount as to what they think the value would be and then the negotiations would start. When they sent that to me they also closed the ticket. Well, 8 weeks later I opened another ticket in reference to the old ticket and the 2 - 3 weeks. They responded that they are backed up and closed the ticket. now we are closing in on ten weeks.
