Thanks for the kind words everyone! The baby news DEFINITELY trumps the bad. I am very excited about it, and definitely willing to do whatever I need to do to make sure he/she is provided for!

Did you get out or did I miss something since having my surgery Dec 22. As far as I know I am active duty military and my family is covered.

I am not active duty at this point. I am a reservist and I am not being allowed to re-enlist because of over manning. There is a chance next year I may be able to get back in but we shall see.
