I don't know if you can see it in this scan. This card has a ding in the upper left corner. How much would that effect the grade. I'm just curious. Not saying I'm going too send this one in.

Well I would say that would effect the corners not to mention this is oc top to bottom

Definitely not an 8, most likely not a 7. Most 7's (near mint) are flawless to the naked eye.
If everything else is near perfect, you may be able to pull a 7. 
im not an expert but im sure its less than an 8 maybe 6 or around there?
