1) Get everything sorted and added to Beckett
2) Spend more money on PC and less on hobby boxes
3) Sell off the piles of cards I've accumulated (duplicates, commons, etc.)
4) Continue trying to reduce the number of players I collect

if you're looking to get rid of you chipper collection you could just send it my way , lol.

1. get a total 1,500 different Nolan Ryan cards ( Current 1,058)
2. pick up 6- 1909-1911 T-206s Perfer SGC grade or raw cards
3. Keep better track of my trades and not them sit too long and leave feed back quickly and promptly
4. Pay off 2 unsecured debts and not ever borrow money again. (Dave Ramsey-- except for a new house)
5. hit 900 trades I have 1 have 147 to hit that mark.

Trying to be as realistic as possible

Unrealistic a 1909-1911 T-206 Honus, Plank, Doyle,Magie LOL

1. nolan ryan 1,539 goal met and passed
2. picked up #9 T-206 goal met and passed
3. slacked off focusing on other goals and this one took a hit
4. 1 debt paid off looking to finish the other one soon
5. at 821 trades need 79 more by December 31st to get this goal. I have some pushing to do

ended the year at 849

I saw this over on another forum and admit to stealing the idea- but thought it would be fun for everyone to share their collecting goals and resolutions over here as well. So everyone feel free to post their's, here is mine


1. Get an Albert Pujols Auto to complete my 500 HR auto PC.
2. Complete 300 Wins Auto PC.
3. Complete 3,000 K Auto PC.
4. Complete Perfect Game Auto PC.
5. Complete 1995 WS Braves Auto'd Baseball PC.
6. Complete 1957 WS Braves Autos PC.
7. Complete 1957 WS Braves Auto'd Baseball PC.

8. Finally only make purchases after this that are in my spreadsheets (which are expansive haha)

#2: I need Clemens, Seaver, Ryan, R. Johnson, Grove & Wynn. Plus "replacement" cards for: Cy Young, W. Johnson, Nichols & Mathewson.

#3: Ryan, R. Johnson, Seaver, Clemens, & a "replacement" for W. Johnson.

#4: Koufax & R. Johnson. "Replacement"s for Charlie Robertson & Cy Young.

#5: I need Javy Lopez, Tom Glavine, & David Justice.

#6: I need Frank Torre, Red Schoendienst, Bill Bruton & Wes Covington.

#7: I only have Logan, Spahn, and Aaron.

#8: I expanded to vintage sets, so so much for this (even though I technically added them to my spreadsheets ha)


I think I can finish #1, and #2-4 (since several of those overlap). #5 I should complete, and #6 is doable (Torre/Bruton/Covington just are kind of tough, and I'd prefer Red in Braves uni). #7 won't get done though.

And i havent picked up the jeter sp but i have picked up some other nice rcs along the way.

This far down the year and im still at the same point as when I posted this !!!

I was a little ambitious for 2015 (lot of different projects) and also did a couple vintage sets start to finish that weren't planned ('54 & '56 Topps); and started trying to collect every HOF Five Star auto for every year. I'm usually pretty focused, so I'll try not to add any new sections to my spreadsheets next year ha.

Apparently, I didn't do one. But it would have been to continue building my Nolan Ryan BGS/BVG Master Player Registry. Which I did.
