Hey John, thanks so much for the Mariano Mail Day.
I was totally surprised ... And the timing made it even more surprising ...
An eBay seller contacted me and mentioned that he sent my purchase to someone else, and the wrong package to me. I opened your gift thinking " okay, this is what the seller was talking about' and responded that I got the Rivera cards ... He either thought I was nuts, or I was trying to do something devious by 'pulling a fast one'. Today, I got the right 'wrong' package, saw that the Mariano care package was from you and everything started to make more sense.
.... Unless you sent THAT to me accidentally, too?

I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

LOL ... No worries, we weren't involved in the Secret Santa Situation. This was just a random act of kindness by a friend. I'm never disappointed by anyone trying to increase my Yankee Collection!
