1) Do all redemption cards from Topps come with the Topps Sticker Seal ? I received a redemption card from Topps today and it didn't have the sticker on the top. (I'm new to this)

2)How do the Allen & Ginter Framed Minis (2013) get graded in terms of centering ? What are you looking at if you are debating to send in for grading ?

1) No but it seems the large majority of redemptions in the last year or so have had the sticker. I wouldn't really think about it as a "seal"...to me it's more just for packaging purposes to keep the card secure when they mail it out. It's not like the seal on cards from this set

2) not sure how much I can help here but I don't think mini cards are worth grading
