i have a topps redemption I am waiting. When I go on to check status the page always says Topps shipping partner requires a valid telephone number for packages. Please verify and update your contact telephone number (numbers only). I have my correct number in and it is only numbers have any of you had the site do this. I am not sure what I m doing wrong. It is a cell number as that is all I own.

I noticed this, updated my info to add a second number and the message still stayed. I recently received a shipment anyway. I don't think it matters

Been saying that for me too. My number is updated. I think it's just there to keep reminding you to make sure your number is correct, not that's it's entered wrong.
