I would rather have the Finest but I think more people look for the Chrome issue each year so I would think you could get more out of the Chrome version.

But that's just my 2 cents and I am usually wrong!

Topps Chrome has been a better value historically..a more collectable brand and more people are insert set building..

However, I have always like Finest more..and I like this year's a lot..

I would have to agree. The biggest adder in value is that there are several people who will try to collect the refractor rainbow from Topps Chrome, which isn't as common a goal for Finest. This will push the value on the Chrome parallel higher.
