Karl Malone question...1992-93 Fleer "1 of 8" card from sheet...or other players??
Hello all!
You know there's a problem when I post a question
Does anyone have any idea or know exactly where this card comes from?? It is glossy, unlike the normal cards. Perforated, so guessing comes from some sort of Team Night Sheet or something, but 8? ad card for #9 card in a sheet? or sheet of 4x2 cards? I thought I had all the Jazz sheets....
Anyone have other players like this "2 of 8...3 of 8..."???

It's looks like it's from a promo sheet for sure. The 9th card should be a header card or something like that, while the other 8 are of the actual players.
I collect LeBron, Jordan, Kobe and anything that catches my eye.

Exactly...but from what sheet...and why...that is the real question I'm looking for. I have 3 other "sheet" cards from that year already, but know where they come from...

Can't find the Malone but if you Google "1992-93 Fleer Uncut Sheet" it appears that there were numerous promotional sheets and team sheets that were distributed regionally through different companies. The 9th card was the ad card for whoever released the set (Carvel, Uno etc.)

and...Fleer Scrapbook promo sheet.
and...Fleer Stars promo sheet...
and...Golden Books Mark/See card sheet...

I am probably wrong, but I was thinking there was an old kids basketball magazine that had an uncut sheet of these inserted in the mag. I vaguely remember having one though I could be confusing what set it was. It was in a magazine like Inside Stuff or something.

They Made a few variations of the above.
It's 8 card - it might be what you call the fleer stArs promo
Actually on second look it can't be. The perforation is top & bottom.

I don't think its the Inside Stuff card sheets or it would be perforated on all edges.

Good find, but the card would have perforations on all 4 sides if it was from that.
