I submitted a trade to somebody and they responded stating... "it says that i cant send the counter offer because i dont have sufficient seller fee funds. What does that even mean?" I am new here as well and have not ever experienced this. Any thoughts?

Nobody knows about this? This is a trade we are talking about. Should there be any "seller fees"? Could this mean that he can't make a trade because he owes money for some other transaction?
I may go back and produce a new trade just to be sure I didn't start it as a sale. Thanks for the suggestion.
