RC Rookie Card Question ???

RC Rookie Card Question ???
I'm fully NOT understanding the RC of the early '90's cards as I'm organizing my collection. For example of 1991 and 1992 Ryan Klesko cards.

On Beckett, Klesko's RC is only 1991 Bowman #590, 1991 Upper Deck Final Edition and 1992 Topps #126, . . . but not on 1992 Donruss #13 (Rated Rookie)

Why not RC on Donruss and Fleer?

RE: RC Rookie Card Question ???
Hi his 91 cards are his true rcs, the 92 is not a rc of him but more so of john jaha rc. In 2006 I believe mlb changed what a rc would be considered so that there is a true rc and then there is (rc) which is when they make there mlb debut weather a year or 10 years latter. So the 92 ones could be considered (rc) as I think he did make his debut that year. hope this helps.
