1/1 Rainbow Completed!!!!!
I was able to track down another David Moss Printing Plate.
I now have 21 of the 2007-08 The Cup Printing Plates.
The last one allowed me to complete this rainbow (my second)

Thanks for the comments everybody.
I've been collecting these Printing Plates since they were released. Was able to get a bunch of them right away (probably over paid too). They are getting really hard to locate and find nowadays.
If anybody can track one down, I'll be happy to trade in your favor for it.
