Honestly? They seem to go in waves, like they're bipolar as a company or something. I sent in my first couple redemptions a year ago and got them back right away. Then I sent in a couple I'm still waiting on right after that.
Next couple? Got 'em back in less than a month. Now? Waiting on the last batch I sent in a month ago. I dunno what their system is, if they have one, but it's rough.

I collect Michael Jordan, Mitch Richmond, and Ohio State players (football and basketball) in OSU gear. I strongly prefer 90's-era cards and use newer cards primarily for trade bait!
