Topps Redemption...Success?
So I've been dealing with Topps for about 9 months now trying to get a card from them. It was only a $25 bv card. I agreed to a replacement and what they sent me was an absolute joke. So I tried to contact them and they told me that they had closed the case and it was settled. So in my head and probably out loud, I said "oh hell naw!". So I went and filed a complaint with the BBB. After a month of arguing back and forth, Topps finally agrees to send me a care package. They are sending me a box of 2014 Topps Heritage Hobby.
Now I have 2 questions. Did I win? And do I bust the box or sell it?
Thoughts?

The original card was supposed to be a 2013 Triple Threads Craig Biggio GU/Auto /99. They sent me 2 base rookies from 2013 Topps Chrome...a Profar and a Machado. But they are now sending me a Hobby Box of 2014 Topps Heritage. Still not sure what to do with it

base rookies autos? or just rookies?? if its just rookies then that was terrible! Honestly I would open it! You are getting a Hobby box for essentially $25 in cards. You should easily recoup that and possibly way more

You still didn't clarify, were they autos? I can't see Topps sending base cards as replacements for autos.
