I had seen this lot on another forum, and was thinking about jumping the gun on it if I can find a partner to join me with it. As far as the price, I think that it may be just a tiny bit high, but defiantly in the ballpark of its BV. Here is what it read, any thoughts?

I'm looking to sell my hole collection of Travis pastrana cards.
Starting from 2000 to 2014 there are parallels, 1/1s, inserts, base cards, race used patches, autographs just about every card, I'm new here and figured I'd try here, I have PayPal so we are both protected, must sell due to expanding family.. All cards went right into a top loader or a screw holder then in a team bag on each top loader or case.. I'm not sure what to ask for it so I will throw out a starting price and we will go from there.

Well, first off, that's an amazing collection, and if I were a Travis Pastrana fan, I would definitely have to seriously consider making an offer, and I don't know that the $750 is that crazy of an asking price.

However, and this is just my take, I think it is a bit pricey if you are looking to piece it out and sell it...I don't think you'll get anywhere near that out of selling it off. I just don't think Pastrana has the same Sale Value as he once did.

Very true and that is what I would end up doing with most of it since I some of them I need to finish off a set *cough* Fanfare 2013 *cough* but there are others I would keep as well. Value wise, he has lost some value, but you also need to remember that he is still well known from xGames, WRC, Nitro Circus, etc. so the autographs still hold some value, but definitely not near what they use to be!

Thinking about sending him an offer at $500, but gotta get the money together though first. I can have 2/5ths of it since I am selling my Dan Marino autographed mini-helmet at that price, even though I paid more for it a few years ago.

If I can get my hand on some of them, I'll definitely grab an extra auto for you! He sent me a counter-offer at $600 cause of shipping, which I can really understand! He said he would also throw in some other high end cards that he was going to keep that are 1/1's.......might try to see if he would do a third of the lot for $200 then
