no lid, but i bet they would fit in a 5000 ct box side by side. might have to trim it a little. Just dont put in the insets

The part that bothers me about it is getting your hands in to it to sort and organize. The front part works but towards the back where it gets higher, just impossible to get in there with your hands, not to mention the lighting would have to be very low to illuminate the card #'s as you're sorting. Simply as a storage box it works but not if you're constantly working with it every day.
