The first card show in Toronto was held in April 1979 at the Lakeshore Inn. Annette Lawrence and her husband, Paul, were the first card show promoters in Toronto and Johnny Bower was the guest at their first show way back in 1979!

35 years later and Johnny's still at it!

We launched The Toronto Card Show back in April 2006 when things were either closing down or there were shows held in run down spaces and, in some cases, with a lack of integrity. With collector support, we revolutionized the local card show scene in Toronto and are celebrating our anniversary on Sunday, April 13th.

This marks the anniversary of both The Toronto Card Show and the very first card show in the history of Toronto!
