Busted two boxes of 13-14 ITG Heroes and Prospect today since the Cross Canada Tour cards were available.

Do all the 1/1's say clouts n chara on them? Are they specifically from them?

Yes, all the Cross Canada Tour cards say CnC. However, there are other dealer that receive their Cross Canada Tour cards that have there store name on them. I do not know how many dealers / stores get the CCT cards.
