1993 Topps Blank Back Jeter
I have two of there and I had both graded one received a BGS 8.5 and I am keeping that one and the other was a BGS 8. What are you thought on what this will sell for I see one guy has a BGS 8 on ebay right now but he will get no where near $3,000.00 he is asking but they are Rare as only 9 have been graded.

well if there is 9 it's not rare more so if there are 9 graded and how many more are out there not graded...If he is asking $3,000 he needs to get slapped in the head lol

Only 9 graded for that prominent card in the mass production era is actually pretty freaking low.

Thomas's 90 topps nnof has 75+ graded and commands several thousand in bgs 8.5... By the numerical logic, that seller is not too far off. I think the difficulty is that it is not a hobby recognized "error"... And likely viewed as a printing defect for. That being said, there are enough hardcore jeter collectors where it could fetch a pretty penny. I'd put it up for a run with a similar BIN and see where the OBO's are coming in at...

I know 9 have been graded, but how rare is it to see one of these in the raw form?
PC Players: Alex Bregman and Christian Yelich. Looking for any and every I don't have.
Other Players: Luis Ortiz Jr., Rowdy Tellez, Touki Toussaint

I have owned 3 at one point and I don't see them often 2 have been listed on ebay in 3 months. The one was bought a BGS 8 and the best offer was accepted. Mine is at an auction house right now 12 days left and it's going for $121.00 right now and add 15% for fees the buyer has to pay. We will see where it goes as for grades the highest was a BGS 9.5 only 1, the next highest grade is a BGS 8.5 and there are 3 of them, 3 BGS 8, and one of each for BGS 7.0 and BGS 7.5. On that note I will show you scans of the one I am keeping the grade is 8.5 for each grade so that was cool to me.

Thats a tough one to gauge. A couple reasons... one being that you just don't know how many of those blank backs made it out into the market....two, a BGS 8 and or an 8.5 aren't grades that blow you away, while solid people want mint. With that being said I would give up quite a bit for either one of those cards trade wise. I personally have never seen one of those ever, so it has got to be rare. Based on other players rare rookies (pre autographed) in Beckett and Ebay I would throw a BV on it somewhere in the $500-$1000 area maybe higher. Good luck and I hope you make out well. Let us know what you it goes for...I am very interested.

I do get where you are coming from as a BGS is good not great there are only 3 graded higher than it one BGS 9.5 and two BGS 8.5. Soon we will find out. I am hoping for the best so I can try and get the Mirror Gold from 1996 soon.
