Looking for advice with scans

Looking for advice with scans
I am starting to scan my cards and trying to figure out the best way to list them in my sports card album.

this is what I was thinking.

I started to list every card with its own SET category but I scanned my 2012-13 SPGU and had 10 categories.

Is this too confusing to view my traders?

Or should I just break them down like this?

BASE
ROOKIE
AUTO
JERSEY
PATCH
SERIAL NUMBERED
AUTO-RC
AUTO-JERSEY
AUTO-PATCH

I rank the attributes as such:
1: Auto
2: Mem
3: RC
4: #ed
5: Ins
6: Base
and put the card in whichever category relates to its highest attribute. The only exception is I try to cross reference all my true RCs if there are other attributes.

RE: Looking for advice with scans
for me it's important that attributes such as autos, jerseys, rookies, etc are all kept separate. I don't collect sets and having to look through 800 folders to just find the occasional rookie or auto or whatever is super annoying. I keep my cards organized with similar filters that the trade feature uses on this site, with the addition of a folder for inserts/parallels/etc. I don't have a whole tonne of cards for trade either so this makes it easy for me. Keep in mind who your audience is. If the site is mostly for your use than organize it however you enjoy looking at it. If it's for other traders to browse then i'd suggest something like what i said above.
Looking for rookies, autos, and patches current Canuck players in Canuck uniform and former Canuck stars IE Linden, Bure etc

That looks pretty easy to navigate.
