2013 Topps Chrome Hobby vs. Retail experiment.
So I busted 24 packs of Chrome Retail (from value packs)
and 24 packs of Hobby (sealed box). Here's how it stacked up:

And.... Hobby
The Manuel is 13/15 and the Dez gold 05/50 is a PC!
