The picture of this card is incorrect - the back is correct, but the front is not 1996 Upper Deck Nomo Highlights. It is Collector's Choice.

if you are referring to the image shown here on beckett, its probably not the only one. Before, users could upload card scans when you looked up a card so Im sure theres many errors with the images.
