I found this on the 'Bay - appears to have come from a magazine promo.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dan-Marino-Hot-P...0922923052 The magazine was called 'Investor's Analyst'. I don't know much else about it, but there are a few of them listed on the 'Bay.

I still have the Eagles through the Vikings to go!! 
The bottom one came in every box of Skybox Impact (I know this was true for RETAIL boxes)...it was like a box topper for the display box (although the backs expalanation is strange).
With 20+ years collecting, this is the most comprehensive single player collection in the world! Beckett lists 4000+ cards - I'm at 95% completion!

The Jabbar was meant to be on top of a display box . Had those in our store.

The Marinos are not. I know one of the Abduls were listed a one time.... there's multiples of those cards.
